I ordered order ID: 2054212654 | Order Placed on : 2014-05-05 14:58:49, order details Hotsun 2 Burner Gas Stove Black with order no. 2413282 and was told delivery On or Before May 07, 2014. Additionally had also ordered Symphony Ice Cube Air Cooler order number 2782463297 with delivery On or Before May 07, 2014. The total value of the order was Rs 7948. I further got a mail on May 7 to day that the delivery of the symphony air cooler was being delayed and that it would take three more business days to be shipped. I also got another mail on May 7 to say that the stove was being shipped today and would reach me on or may 12 and it was weird that it would take 5 days to be shipped. On may 9 I got the mail stating We’d like to update you about your Order ID : 2054212654 for Symphony Ice Cube Air Cooler We are fulfilling your order from an alternate seller, as it is unavailable with your chosen primary seller. All features of your product would remain unchanged. You are receiving this email as it is important for us to keep you informed about your order. Please be informed that the new seller is offering this item at a lower price. The extra amount will be refunded to the same account as you had made the payment from within 7 days.” This was confusing because the company was changing my order without my consent but I continued to be patient. By May 13 after a long patient wait I decided that I could not accept this reckless attitude and cancelled my order and post my cancellation the company got activated and I got a call on May 14 to say they wanted to ship my products but I refused delivery and told them to process my refund. I got another call on Ma 14 evening to say my refund is being processed and that I would get the amount credited within the next 5 working days. Today on May 22 there is no trace of the refund and I get a mail today to say Our courier partner Bluedart Surface has initiated the return of this product. Once the product is received at our facility, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours to the account you used to pay for the order, if the payment was done in advance. After the refund has been initiated, it may take up to 7 working days for amount to reflect in your bank account.” I do not know why they did not initiate a return till May 22 when I refused on May 14 and why the company is not transferring my money as promised. This is mental harassment for the customer and I request your help.
