I ordered backpack surf 01 purple on Snapdeal by online payment. They sent me the wrong product and now they are creating problem on returning. One of the customer representative hung up on me without even listing to me . Now they gave me courier number for pickup and they r not even listening . They spent my money and said to call again and again because they said your call is placed in different state.. ny time is wasted my money I wasted nd they are not listening.

My online payment refund is not initiated and they hung up on me leading to wastage of my balance several times. I want a pick up to be initiated and my refund to be made and if possible they should be questioned who gave them the right to torture me.
