I have purchased a sonata yuva men’s watch Rs949 by snapdeal on 15 th of march 2014, they send me wrong product. I was returned the product and demand for refund my money. after a long time and lots of call on snapdal customer care that they are deposit a Rs 500 in my bank A/c on 30/04/2014 and balanced amount transferred in my snapdeal CASH A/c without my permission. in that case I was complain in customer care for refund my money in my Bank A/c on 3/5/2014 (complain no.6400756). since today they are not transfer money in my Bank A/c. i was lots of call on customer care and also send mail. they are always give me a same answer (your money will b transfer in 48 hr or our team call u back in 24 hr)

I was spend a lots of money In the call of customer care (STD rate) and also spend money in cyber cafe for send them a mail. They a harassing me by economic and mentally. Kindly understand my problem and give me a specific relief by refund money double and Rs 5000 for mentally harassment and economic damages.
