Sir I am Mayank Deorah, purchased a product from snapdeal (Ambrane P-1040(10400mAh) power bank), i received this product and as a plug-in with my device my new branded micromax mobile phone dead immediately,now micromax care center said you connect this device with other charger(Ambrane P-1040(10400mAh)power Bank) that’s why in this case your device is out of warranty and you have to pay service charge and whatever things replaced (if any) now tell me sir why should i pay this money? snapdeal gave me a faulty product & due to that faulty product i lost my new branded phone. snapdal has to pay this amount or give me my complete money of mobile phone(8500 Rs.) and snapdeal can take my damaged phone and 2nd option is,snapdeal has to pay amount of damaged product. I just wanted that snapdeal pay amount of damaged product or pay complete money of my mobile phone and take my damaged mobile. Both the option are open for me,because i am not going to pay this amount just because of received a wrong or damaged product from snapdeal online shopping site.
