(Order No. 3504329329 for Philips LED TV). ORDER CONFIRMED ON 18/11/14. On not receiving any further communication from your end and also as the status on their website showed ORDER CANCELLeD, we called SD on 22/11/2014 and had a detailed & long conversation with THEIR executive & thereafter with Sr. executive Ms. Anjali Puvar Resolution Expert. All our details and concerns were discussed in detail with her & it was fully agreed therein that there is no fault of ours (Consumer) but the order cannot be fulfilled???????????????With deep regrets I was informed that our Order cannot be executed due to Technical Constraints. I requested a written correspondence in reference to Snapdeals earlier mail of 18/11/14 confirming the Order & our mail dated 20/11/14 but I have not yet received any mail from Snapdeal. Sir/Madam, looking to the chain of events it can be summarized as under. 1. We placed order for Philips LED TV on 11/11/2014 & received order number. 2. We later talked at least 4 times on your number for order confirmation & twice we were also told that call back will be arranged, 3. We rejected your compensation offer of Rs. 300/- & complained to Snapdeal with a copy to consumer redress as we did not receive any dispatch instructions for our ordered product on 17/11/14. 4. On 18/11/14 we received confirmation of your end that our ORDER IS PLACED. 5. Even after 6 days of the said mail we are yet to receive any further communication as per routine practice. 6. On inquiry we are informed that order cannot be executed due to technical flaws!!!!!!!!!!!! 7. I was refused the further call escalation to your CEO Ms. Bhavya Gupta to whom we had actually talked & corresponded earlier!! Firstly confirmation was delayed on pretext of non confirmation of order from our side which was a wrong excuse. Thereafter order was confirmed. Now Snapdeal is citing technical constrains in delivering the product? How can any Company justify their stand from all above chain of events.
