I have purchased Sony experia z1 on dated 19-02-2014 from smart hub indirapuram agnst invoice no-321.It was covered under warranty&damage insured. The service center not provide any solution agnst warranty as the device not working

Replace the device with a new one/repair it under warranty free of cost&compensate me for mental harassment.
