Sir , I purchased Sony Xperia ZL from on 28/12/2013 S no 35538705-065368-4 from Avit Digital (P) Ltd . After 4 months of its purchase, I am facing problem.My handset Mic is not working.For this I gave my phone to Sony service center at cannought place(ticket ID 14041904610 ).When I got the handset on 26/04/2014, I am facing the same problem.When I call the toll free customer care they say I have to revisit the service center and I have no other option and gave me a another ticket id 14042604635 . I am fed up from his kind of service. I request you to kindly take appropriate step and help me to get the complete amount of the price of my handset.
