I would like to complain that i purchased this sony xperia z-3 compact mobile from sony center located at AARVEE COMPUTERS,SHOPE NO,51,52 ,Dhreeraj heritage commercial complex ,S .V Road ,Milan Signal,Santacrux West. Mumbai-400052 Purchasing date-16-feb-2015 My mobile phoens camara stoped working suddenly i logged complain and given my cellphone on repair at Shop No 1/2 ,west wing,ground floor ,393 sarmangal das house ,grant road east-beside hotel vasant Bhuvan Mumbai 400004 My first service ticket id number job number B1W115032401049 Dated 27th feb 2015 i got cell on 15th april 2015 . again problem started in earphone network again i submitted my cell in same center on 21st April. service tkt number job no . W115042102452. I got my cell back on 30th april and again its faulty in Microphone speaker not working. submited again in same service center.third time in this month not possible to solve problems. JOB ID W115043004796. now want they should replace my cell phone because i hardly could use it.
