I had purchased a flat in dec 2009(unit id b7/01/87/106, name:-rakesh singh), which was suppose to get deliver in july 2013 and if not delivered builder was supposed to pay rs 5/per sq feet. Builder is not paying me a single penny and verbally denying to pay. If i write email they do not reply. 2. Builder has start sending illegal demands. Recently it has send a demand which should be send after completion of flooring. I visited the site and saw that flooring is not completed. Still builder is sending demand and not replying to emails.

Its being running from piller to post to get my house and to get the amount which they should pay. I am paying 16400/- as rent and invest a lot of savings for this house but still there is no relief. When i discuss with builder staff they say that..we will not pay a single penny..do whatever you can do

I want that the builder should pay compensation along with the rent i am paying for the aforesaid duration for which he is delaying my house and also should give my house as soon as possible.
