I booked my flat (Tower -1 , 10702) with Prisha during October 2010. I referred my cousin Darshan Shah (Tower-1, 10602) after a week. I was promised to get referral benefit for the same and promised to be paid at the time of registration. I did flat registration on 22nd-Februarry -2014. I was told that the referral benefit cheque of Rs.30,000 will be ready on the day of registration and will be hand over to me. But it was not ready on the same day and I was promised to deliver in one week. Even after 3 months from then, I do not receive the money. I followed up with Sales and CRM team multiple times and I am keep getting excuses and false promises of receiving the money. Many times my phone calls and emails are un-answered by Prisha team. The initial reason given to me was that since the booking cheque given by me and my referral (Darshan Shah, 10602) are of same date (17-10-2014) and hence Mr. Bhanumurthy could not find any proof for approval before he left the company. But in reality, I confirmed my booking almost 10 days before Darshan and post dated cheque was hand over to Mr. Sandeep at that time. Darshan Shah had booked the flat later and gave the post-dated booking cheque for the same day.

I demand my Referral Benefit amount as promised by the Developers.
