product is not up to the mark the embroidery thread is fraying outside, patch is not done properly, finishing level of the product/fabric is too bad, also product is not look like as shown on TV. Even many times(3-4)i have requested for exchange, it happened but got the product with the same kind of defects. After one month i shouted on them and ask for refund or ihave told them to exchange the product with good condition. Then on 25th April a person told me that mam i had words with my senior, we are sending you a cheque and the same you will get within two working days. then i called them on Monday i.e. 28th April i again called them then they transferred my call to Mr.sandeep gupta who is the group leader. he promised me the my problem we get it solved by tomorrow, but no body responded to me.

i want my money back. compensation against my wastage of time.
