On March 10th 2010 i gave my aunts Fiat Grande Punto Car(KL8 AR 802) for promo service in Carnation, Cochin. After the service i found that its glove box lock is broken. I spoke to the officials there and they told me they will fix the lock free of cost. I Asked them to mention about this damage in the Remarks column in the bill and they did it. Continue reading →
