In November 2012 we had requested a change in plan and there was a delay from TATA Indicom side to implement it and as per their assurance in the email they confirm that they will waive off Rs.22000/- in the bill which has still not happened since last 2 years. I request your support, we have all the email communication from our end to prove our case.

We have been not able to settle the Rs.20,000/- since last 2 years and this is creating lots of issues internally since the TATA Indicom is verbally accepting but not doing any changes in the bill.
