I lost my mobile on 12th Jan 2015. I visited to the Tata DoCoMo store to lock my lost sim card. First they refused to do that. Then they insisted me to take post paid connection. After giving several request for prepaid sim they gave the post paid sim. These store personal always try to give post paid connection. The basic thing is we are not getting the service what we want instead we are force to take some unwanted service just for the sake of their business strategy. The store personal should be penalized for misguiding the customer.
