TATA Docomo – Higher Billing – Restricted service

Hi Sir/Madam, I am Yogesh Pavale from Pune, Maharashtra. I am using TATA Docomo telecom service from last two years. Mobile no-8237035xxx, and Ac No-980541233. Using TATA Docomo plan Gold 299 2G GSM plan. As per above information I got bill from company which is much more higher than what I am using regularly from last two years but the uses are same as previous. For the same I have already register a complaint regarding the same through TATA Docomo consumer care 121. complain no as per there mail and sms i go for the same is 429280407 on date 21 Aug 2014. On the same date company representative told me that this issue will get resolve before 25 Aug 2014. But from 21 Aug 2014 to today 9 Oct 2014. its about 2 months of time. Mean while i have already called them for the same more that 15-20 times. I have mailed them more than 10-12 time But every time there reply come your complaint is register with us we will solve it immediately. But unfortunately nothing is happening from happening from last two months. But the hike of the issue is from today morning they have restricted my service and now my service and everything stopped. When i called them on morning the lady told me first you pay what ever bill amount we sent you then we will see what to do. But the amount they charged me is 10 times higher than actual should be. So what I should do. Plz help me in this case. Every time when i call them or mail them company never reply me in proper fashion. they always avoid me

I want they should calculate in proper fashion so that amount of 450/- to 500/- they have to credit me back and should start my restricted service immediately. And company also has to compensate what ever business loss and inconvenience we has to faced due to there such bad service.
