i have tata docomo prepaid connection. I recharged 600? and also activated 2GB Gprs data plan. My data plan being over at 1st November. But company didn’t alert me a single time. and i loss my 350 ? up balance. When i asked to customer care they told me they text-ed me but due to some technical problem in Docomo service , you didn’t got alert. I said its your mistake not mine but they didn’t heard and disconnected my call. I went for complain at 198 . They just asked me to hold the line while collecting information. they also disconnected my call. And in docomo they never pick call twice of one number who has any issue related service.please help me to get my money back. I m requesting you.
i just want my amount back whatever they cut from my balance.
