I have recharge my mobile No. 8123193xxx (TATA DOCOMO) for amount Rs.251/-(Online recharge) vide Bank Statement withdrawal i.e. Transaction Remarks “BIL/000607136325/BPC-Bill- Desk/TATADOCOMO_AICI” Transaction Type ‘Dr.’ amount `251/- Dated 21/06/2014, it is regretted to say that the same amount has not been included in my balance. No any message have been received on my such mobile no. and the recharge amount `251/- has not been added in my present balance. Please expedite immediately.
