Sir I am using services of Tata Photon+ with the A/c number 918928xxx. I had got my tata photon plus plan changed to Corporate Plan Unlimited 10GB@900. While I have received the bill for the period 15.05.2014 to 14.06.2014, it has been noticed that data usage charges of Rs 1103.50 have been charged. As per my request, the plan is Unlimited and therefore no amount is to be charged for usage over 10GB. I had selected this plan “Corporate Plan Unlimited 10GB@900” from the list of plans received from your side. Kindly get reversed, the excess amount of Rs 1103.50, that has been charged as above.
