I bought a Karbonn Titanium S5 mobile phone model on 21st June 2013.It was working well in initial days.I found a problem with ‘Camera not working’ in month of January 14(7th month from purchase), after 2 days another problem i found ‘Bluetooth not working’ and the problems kept on growing. So, I decided to go to a nagpur service centre where i got a job sheet number KJASPMH304214K12482 on 12th Feb 2014. Local service centre could not solved the problem , so he told me that it is required to send the mobile to Delhi HQ of Karbonn mobiles. And he told that in 2-3 months problem will be solved or you will be contacted accordingly. In between many times i tried to contact Karbonn mobile Delhi via email id. But, I always received the same reply.I requested them to solve my problems asap.On 21st May 2014 i received a call from Karbonn mobiles, And they told that my mobile can not be repaired. But, they are ready to give replacement.And they offered me a Karbonn A29 mobile phone. Actually, A29 is a lower configuration phone than Titanium S5. So,I was disagree for the replacement. They told that management will decide and contact you accordingly. Now,total 4 Months are over i am without my phone. 1 Month is over but they have not contacted me yet. I am severely suffered due to this problem. They do not even pick up the calls. I tried all the numbers mentioned on website.
I want a compensation for the worst customer service and poor service time. And i want the new same model as replacement and if it is not available then higher configuration model they should give me. If it is not at all possible then refund the complete money along with the compensation. And i need urgent solution in one week.
