Hi, I have Purchase new XOLO Q900 cell phone through snapdeal (online).against inv No.DE2C6D/14 dt 09.05.2014 (Zalani Collection, Mumbai). whenever i have use this cell phone it get high heat up and when i have discus with xolo customer care he advise me it normal issue but i have observed issue heat up not face others cell phone which is use by my colleges and after few days i have also face inbuilt application get crash and white n grey spot on cell display. I have discus with service centre person as on 04.06.2014 at 5:00 pm and he advise put on cell for more than 1 month than he will repair otherwise he did not do anything. Please confirm me what i can do to resolved the issue because i can’t wait for 1 month with out my cell phone. company have not fulfil his warranty period because cell is under warranty period and i m not interested to take repaired cell bcoz it have many issues.
