I have ordered for a HP laptop on 31, May 2014. I have received a defective product, when i contacted the snap deal representatives, they asked for applying a DOA with HP. I received a DOA form from HP and I have sent it to Snap deal on mail. They have arranged for a reverse pick-up on Blue dart courier services and Even i got a confirmation mail from Bluedart saying the product is being dispatched on 18-June-2014 at 20:10 IST. But the snapdeal executives are saying that they haven’t get the system updated with the product and not refunding and replacing the prodcut. They are postponing it every time i call saying it takes 48hrs to address. Please help me out in this.
Refund of the money I paid + 20000 rupees as they have disturbed my work flow..
