Tata Indicom / DoCoMo – No Service But Billing

Dear sir/madam, this is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Tata Walky with two sim cards for office use. I contacted the nearest TATA office and an executive Mr. Kavinder, 9266999013 visited my office and filled the applications in first week of April, 2014. When the walky was installed and activated it kept searching for networks. It is now almost two months and same is still going on. I had complained to Mr. Kavinder who in turn send an engineer. The engineer visited and confirmed that there is no problem with walky the network is week in my office. So I contacted the Customer Care of tata who noted my complain but took no action to resolve the problem. Till date I ve complained over 5 times to TATA customer care but the issue has not been sorted out. I requested them to please surrender and refund the amount but that also went in vein. However TATA is billing me and my bill has been dued to Rs. 1155/-. My question to you sir is that why I should pay for services which are not even provided to me. In fact I am loosing work because our land line no is not working.

I want full network or otherwise full refund of Rs. 1700/- that was taken from me for walky. I willing to hand over the walky to TATA.
