It started in 2012 , I received a call from timesjob.com stating value added services being offered at 600 INR , once the process of payment started , in no time the value of services streaked from 600 to 16000 , apart from 2 resume services non of the services i have paid for was ever provided , the payment made and the list of pending services is still displayed in the portal. Moreover after paying almost 16000, they refused to provide services and wanted me to pay more so as to complete the profile (which was never ever conveyed to me in the beginning) when i wanted to cancel the same , refund was refused and the tone of the employees changed from the receiving end to dictatorial. sarcastically , i even received a call from timesjob after making my 1st complain to them that since they are unable to serve me with the services , they are ready for refund, since then they have never even bothered to reply to the complaints , leave alone refund.
