I ordered a new samsung color laser wireless printer model clp 365 w /xip on 16/03/2014 for Rs 13643. Order no 100018120. Till date I have not received the printer. No one responds on their helpline and no reply to emails. Please advise how I can get my money back.

Loss of Rs 13643/-. Mental harassment on non receipt of product as well as constant daily follow ups.

At least Rs 13643/- back
