Sir, I have purchase Electric induction from Goyal Bartan Bhandaar Pipliwal town Manimajra Chandigarh brand Baltra Model BIC-106, MRP 2590. on the day of last Diwali. This product have one year manufacturer warranty.
After 14 days of use it stopped working studly. service engineer came to repair it after so many request with Baltra’s consumer helpline no.01132091412 He repaired and after 15 min it stopped working. Again i raise complaint after one month they replaced induction with new one. The new one have the same problem.I again called Baltra helpline they replaced it again. They told me that electricity voltage problm may b there and advised to not use induction in this home due to voltage variations. we shifted from chandigarh to Baddi and started using this new one induction in our new home in Baddi. After 15 days this new induction stopped working. I contacted to Baltra helpling again they told me that they will visit within 48 hrs. after 7 days i contacted Baltra helpline again on 2 May 2014 they gave me complaint no. 130504 and again comitted 48 hrs, today i again called Baltra helpline and they told me that there engineer is coming in one hour. Baltra appliance is making fool of customers, it prov today.hope you will help me.
In this product have problem really. It is not customer friendly. I am fed up with their promises. I want to get my money back from Baltra appliance and want to purchase another Induction from reputated brand with good customer service. Such companies like Baltra are not capable to deliver good services to customers.
