At the time of booking water fountain will be comming in front of the building.Now Sewage treatment plant is constructed in front of the building which was not informed and not shown in master plan at the time of booking. The plan which was given to me at the time of making agreement not contains STP in front of the building. While I was booking I was told one marked open car parking will be given in front of the building,now there is no space to allot.

During maintenance of STP it is difficult to stay in the apartment due to the odour/noise and health hazard.During normal operation the odour and noise from STP makes us difficult to live. Car parking : now they purchased land and planning to allot car parking in it. car parking outside compound wall is not convenient.

Let them take back the apartment and give us the money spend on it with suitable compensation. or let them allot in newly constructing A sector and the cost incurred to be borne by them.
