Vodafone – 3G problem no results from care centre

I have been using vodafone 3G unlimited plan on my phone. Under which the 3G speed comes down to 64KBPS after utilizing 1GB. But on testing the speed on speediest after completion of 1GB i hardly receive 1KBPS speed. On inquiring with the VODAFONE customer care they informed me that it shuld be atleast 40KBPS. But i never received that speed. And again they keep on arguing that its UPTO 64KBPS. Where as their message does not INDICATE THE WORD “UPTO” It just says that your speed has been reduced to 64KBPS which means i should receive 64kbps speed on my phone. Regret fo inform you that i do not receive that speed and they are not even solving my problem. I have been chasing this issue since one month but no results.

i want that as per their commitment my speed should be 64kbps after my limit of 1gb is exhausted.
