I am anbu using 9962362xxx vodafone number. I have called your tellecaller regarding issue of excess billing. But they didnt gave me a proper answer. To avoid this issues I have made several calls and mail regarding the 3g to 2g auto transfer. But at last they are cheating me to pay a huge amount as bill even after I have various offers in my number. If you didnt consider my request sure this issue may go till consumer court for cheating consumer without making the proper response to me.
I need too solve this Issue ASAP
