sir, I have recharge my mobile no.975715xxx of Rs.678 for gprs/data on 24-10-2014 at 9:48 AM on the occasion of Diwali offer. But I am not getting any gprs/data from 14-12-2014. I have also contact with Senior customer care officer who name is Shri Satish. He has told me esa offer nahi tha. But I have got the message of recharge of Rs. 678 of Data plan. for proof, you can see the attachment.it is scan of my mobile.
