I am a postpaid customer of Vodafone from last more than 3 years, There is some problem with my data plan cycle and my monthly bill cycle. I have called/sent multiple emails and they solve it but do not fix it permanently. But for October month it crossed each limit they added few services/Download and saying you have downloaded even I don’t know what is that even I am not only cuctomer who is facing this problem but on Google many are there with below plans/Download: hello1_tvallsouth_ deals_mydala_99 d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 so i have two complaints: My data plan still showing 56 MB which is of last cycle but they have charged me for 11th to 20 Nov for excess data use so how the hell I am going to know I have consumed more than limit if they are showing still 56 MB left. complaint no 2: they have charged 297 RS as downloads I don’t know what are those Items.

I want this should be checked why they are adding these nonsense things in bill so that we can found the root cause of this scam and heavy penalty. They should return all extra amounts including TAX. Its a mental now and I am wasting more than 30 minutes each month so a big amount to me for that.
