This is regarding my request for shifting my connection from Delhi to Bangalore. I registered request twice: 1. SR No. 2475328298 SR Date 28/07/2014 2. SR No. 2479426588 SR Date 12/08/2014 For both request status is In Progress. It took so much time and I am wasting my money in roaming charges. Even after complaining again they gave me option to deactivate my Outgoing and making incoming free, which is not a solution.

I want these people to get punished in some manner so that they learn how to treat a customer.
