As my balance was wrongly deducted so I contacted customer care and they accepted and promised me that a complaint is lodged and my amount will be refunded but it was not,when i again contacted they informed that there was no any complaint registered and also i contacted to nodal officer and appeallate authority but of no use they even did not care to reply.

I want 20 times of the amount which was deducted to be refunded to me.Actually these telecom companies are indulged in these type of practices they deduct small amount from many customers(which becomes a large amount) but remians small for individual.but if someone complains they use to refund the amount to that individual only.This malpractice must be dealt with with tough regulation as 70% of cases go unregistered as the amount is small for a individual and the procedure is very tough.
