I purchased 5 Cotton County Trousers at Rs 999/- on 28 JUNE, 2015 and made ONLINE PAYMENT towards it. Today is 22 AUGUST, 2015 and my product has yet not been delivered to me. Moreover, their customer support number is a total fake..!! They never pick it up…!!! I have tried calling many-a-times but they are not even bothered to call back or pick up the customer’s call. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!! Furthermore, I have dropped them a couple of e-mails regarding this non-delivery of my product but they still do not bother to return my e-mails. They are not bothered about resolving the customer’s problems…!!! This is a TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY which needs SERIOUS LEGAL ATTENTION guys… I suppose their Hyderabad office (which I don’t know whether it really exists or is a scam?) needs a legal notice or something.
