I ordered no. s80290428 a set of 5 Koutons jeans as shown in their promotional email on April 4, 2014. First they made delivery late by 20 days. Finally the order arrived but was not the brand which as shown in the advertisement. Also the jeans were old cheapest quality ever. There is no respond made to my replacement and money refund by the brand.
First ban the website they are really putting a wrong impression about Online retail sector on consumers. Second i am looking for my complete refund.
