I am a Htachi Summer Windows AC 1.5 ton customer. Bought the same on 28th March 2012. It started malfunctioning immediately after warranty period was over and started making weird sounds and then E9 error. I spent initially 500 rs for paid visit of technician and then got AMC done(1898 Rs.) from the address mentioned above. Since August 2014 my AC is not working and i have been harrassed mentally and financially since last 2 months.Each time a new technicians come and diagnose ac with a different error. i am left with choice of calling Customer care repeatedly, everytime i get vague response without and solution. My ac is not workin since 2 months and i am forced to suffer mentally, physically and economically.
i need my AC to be replaced with new and i should be compensated for my sufferings.
