I purchased a laptop from Amazon.in website. The MRP mentioned in the site for this product is 26990 and the were giving 8% discount so I got it for Rs.24907. When I received the product I found that MRP on box was Rs.24511. They were selling it higher than the MRP given by the company.

When I informed about this issue, they say they don’t verify seller’s product and price details. This is unethical for letting anyone sell on incorrect prices. I asked then to give refund of Rs.1479 (Rs.25990 – Rs.24511) and they say they can only refund me (Rs.24907-Rs.24511 = Rs.396)
