Hi, I am customer pf Reliance Jio. My number is 7002312734. I had got this connection as a bundle offer when I had purchased an expensive Samsung handset on 24th July’16. I was supposed to get free data usage (as part of the Jio preview offer) for 3 months till 24th Oct’16. But suddenly on 3rd Sep’16, I was automatically put on the welcome offer which gives only 4 GB data at 4G speed everyday. Can you explain why I have been given such treatment??? This is not fair. If somebody’s 3 months free offer had expired, or if somebody had taken a connection post 1st Sep’16, then this 4GB per day thing is OK. But how can you just rob a customer of the free 3 months offer which has been given to him on activation!!! Plus whenever I call up 198 for giving a complaint after 3rd Sep’16, nobody responds.

I just get to hear that tone which is played saying that customer care persons are on queue. And this has been the case with every other Jio customer I have spoken to from Sep’16 first week. Thirdly, even with this 4 GB per day offer, the 4 GB high speed internet gets renewed not at 12 AM everyday, but after 24 hours after I have exhausted my data limit. This is also a big flaw. Pls get back to me urgently via email regarding these 3 points mentioned. All old Jio customers have got fed up. My offer till 24th Oct’16 needs to be reactivated again. Rgds, Siddhartha.
