Sir/Madam I had purchased a shoe of Rs 3599/ from the oulet on 5.4.14 and after 2 days the eyelet of shoe was removed from that place.After a long-Long discussion they had replace my shoe with same model on 7.4.14.The same defect had occured during walking on 12.4.14 and i goes down the road and met with an accident.I am having internal pain in my thumb of my left foot.When i went to outlet then the manager and customer care executive said that we will repair your shoe only and will take min 10 days.I got same reply on mail also.

want to refund my money and outlets manger as well as customer care executive who is sitting in delhi should come infront of me and say sorry about this incident and their arrogants reply which hurted me alot in this situation.
