I had bought shoes on 25 th of august. After 2 days there were problems in shoes pestling as well as stitching.So i went to return back for change but he refuse to change and told about Company policies and all told about for free service and all. So i gave them for to repair shoes for pesting and stiching at factory on 30 th of august . The showroom representative told about it will be received after fiften days but there is only a verbal communication but still i had not been received the shoes on 21 st of September. So please take action
