Xiaomi mobile which i bought is in under warranty the charger stopped working when i approach the service center at janak puri new delhi they say adapter is currently not in the warehouse now it is almost two months since i submitted the adapter but no no update from their side when will they replace it although they are selling new ones when i contacted the xiaomi customer care service they said they would reply in 48 hours but nothing happened.

In this case mobile phone is of no use without charger. I need replacement.
