Xiaomi’s Mi.Com Sold Insurance – No Settlement on Raising Claims

I purchased the insurance of the said company through www. MI.com when i purchased the mobile phone from them. During the insured period my phone got damaged and i initiated the claim on July2,2016 their executive took my phone from me and every time i call them to know the status they say that it will be delivered today/ tomorrow /give a new date every time claiming phone due date changed. There are not at all willing to listen our grievances.

Due to this unnecessary delay i lost lot of my professional clients as i have no access to handy mails or whatsapp. I have to spend additional money to buy a mobile handset as they people keep on delaying the delivery of handset. It damaged my image among my seniors in my work place as i could not do my work on time due to unavailability of handset since long time which ultimately affected my chances of promotion.

The relief i want is to get my phone repaired & delivered to me as soon as possible along with damages that i incurred by purchasing a new handset & loosing my promotion & goodwill amounting to Rs. 50000
