You Broadband – Constant Disconnection

Constant service interruption. Roughly 70% of the days there has been loss of internet. Fake promises to rectify problem on the same day or next day. No call back from You broadband despite assurance of the same. No response from appellate authority. They say the whole area’s services are down but my neighbor has the same plan and the same junction box and he doesn’t face the problem as often. No refund of plan charges even if they don’t give me internet for hours everyday. No service credits given if internet is active even for just 5 minutes someday. Same response from customer care on every call. Roughly 15 calls made so far (Multiple call records of customer care conversations available).

As a student, academic requirements forced me to use my phone’s data pack, thereby adding hundreds of rupees to my bill. Their customer care is not toll free, thereby adding to my phone bill. No callback, thereby forcing me to call them multiple times, thereby adding to my phone bill. Irreplaceable loss of valuable time.

Refund plan charges. Refund installation charges since the service agreement was not honoured. Refund deposit. Compensation of 5000 Rupees for the numerous resources I’ve spent and the mental fatigue I have gone through as a result of unreliable or unavailable internet.
