Xolo Batter Backup Unresolved by Customer Service

Hi, I am using XOLO Q-1200 Mobile handset (Black colour). But I was facing batter backup problem, due to this problem i have visited at xolo service canter (Name:- Techno touch services) on dated 28th Jan-2015. Service canter executive was summited my handset for repairing & told me that I can collect my handset after 15 days. However I had visited at service canter for collecting my handset after one month i.e. 2nd March’15, but I have found that they have changed my handset colour from black to white. Than i have asked to Service canter executive why you have changed it, than he has replied that sir it is by mistaken happened, so please re-summit your handset so that we will send it once again at their service canter and asked me re-visit after 15 days.

Then I had called XOLO service manager Mr. Mayur @ 09574314777 but he has also replied the same think i.e. “sir by mistaken handset colour has been changed so re-summited your handset for 15 days” This is very bad experience with XOLO PRODUCT & SERVICE CANTER.
