Here i brought new phone, xolo q 2000L. after 1 week i got the problem of shortfall of application storage memory, as i checked , it was only 854 mb of app storage memory and 5.2 gb of phone storage. immediately i rushed to shopkeeper to exchange the phone, but he refused to exchange it. soon after i had been to xolo service center, rather then resolving my problem they just kicked me out saying its a configuration from manufacturer, they can’t change it. I tried Google for resolving this issue, the only method is to first root the phone and etc etc. but rooting voids the warranty. now i feel it was total waste of my 9.5k. please help me out to resolve this issue, really getting rid of this phone, neither i do have penny for purchasing new handset. In official xolo site, the configuration of this phone is 8 GB internal memory, but they didn’t mention about internal application storage memory.
