I have xolo q900 model with imei no : 911331300262588. i have used this handset <= 3 months. i face problem like vibrating display,cell hang, cell automatic switch off, cell heating. so i send dated 3/9/2014 with job sit no : 310000717727 and they back this mobile dated 22/9/14 with as it is. they do not take any action or reparing in this handset. so i back mobile to care dated 23/9/14 with job sit no : 310000777171 and care send handset to company. and still date company do not back my handset. i ever and ever say to company that please replace my handset if you are not capable to handset.. Please help me. now i want my handset with replacement
