Sir/madam , according to your suggestion, I have sent a letter to xolo head office and its copy also send service centre and then from head office, an officer( Sh. pankaj contact no-8800592190.) calls me and tells that I have to
gone to service centre to receive xolo q 1000opus ( new black colour) handset, when I went service centre, he not give the xolo q 1000 opus and contact no of head office kept off. Sir every time xolo officer say to going service centre and I also went but now, sir/madam I am very very tired physically and mentally. So now I cannot went to
service centre and also I cannot believe on xolo company officer. Sir/madam, now I want to case file against mentally harassment. Sir/madam please help me. Thanks and regard Nilima Kumari
