XOLO Q110 cell phone was purchased on 12-3-2011. next day I traveled to native place at Rajasthan nagaur, and realized that the cell when not used for some time, goes into sleep mode and does not detect any network.Need to restart cell before any call can be made as after remained unused for 5 mins the cell stops working. It was given to Service Center (S.G.Infotech, Borivali)on 17-4-2014 and received it on 29-4-2014 (Job No.:310000369022).the issue was not resolved hence again it was given to service center on 3-5-2014 which was received on 8-6-2014(Job No. 310000405919)the issue was not resolved.As I was again travelling sent it to service center (WE CARE) on 15-9-2014. same was received on 24-9-2014.issue was still unresolved hence given to service center on 30-9-2014.

I want refund for the cost of the cell phone that is Rs.13400/-. I also want Rs. 20000 as the damages for all the business communication i have lost due to the cell phone issue.
