I had bought a xolo q3000 phone on 18 january 2014 from a retail store.now my phone is not working.i contacted xolo care they advised me to approach xolo service centre near to me.Address -Dani Industries Vasai (west).so i went there they told me that they will have to send the phone to the head office.So I submitted my phone there on 7 July 2014. After 10 days on 17 july 2014 i received a call saying that you will have to pay rs 8000 for changing the mother board of the phone.My phone is still under warranty..

I want my phone in working condition without paying any money or repair cost.I am attaching my phone bill..Pls solve my grievance
