We have bought the yamaha 2 wheeler from CAG enterprises on 2nd May 2014. The vehicle was booked in my husband Mr V Pradeep Kumar name and we were very particular that we need 2014 model vehicle and they have registered 2013 vehicle without informing us. When we took the vehicle delivery on 2nd and we came to know through the insurance copy that there is a mis selling happened in our dealing with CAG enterprises (Yamaha Dealers)

We want the vehicle to be taken as exchange form our end and need to replace the vehicle with 2014 model as committed. And i also would like to claim a compensation of Rs 5 lakhs for mental stress and agony and also for the ill treatment received from the dealer end
