Yatraholidays. co called me one and half month ago to provide a honeymoon package(Rs 9499) against which i wanted to book the hotel of my choice and not which is in their list. I had several calls with them mentioning the same. I also emailed them against which they confirmed with the hotel details of GOA. My total amount was more than Rs.34000 including flight charges.My planned date was 4th March 2015 to 7 March 2015. And then they called and emailed in which they told to pay the token amount of Rs. 6000. I did the payment by order ID 33424808. After doing the payment i asked them to provide futher information and they stopped responding on emails. When i called them on phone they told that they will get back soon.

I have been chasing them for more than 20 days. Problem : YatraHolidays http://yatraholidays.co/ is not refunding my amount of Rs. 6000 which i paid for my booking confirmation as token money via order id 33424808 . They did not confirm on my mails to provide my booking confirmation. They did not even care to reply my emails which are of a month back. I have all the mails which i mailed them and they haven’t replied to it. On calls they have committed that my booking is done and recently told to inquire hotel on 26 Feb 2015. And, When i called on hotel , i did not get any confirmation. They are liars. So, i have asked to refund my amount as i did not find them trustworthy.

Below is my last email to them : “Hi, As I have no trust left on you guys,I would like to mention the reason of my last email on enquiry@yatraholidays.co. Scenario : I called on the number +91 9210069806 several times to get in touch over the period of 11 am to 6 pm today. I am interested in getting my refund because there is no booking confirmation from Yatraholidays. They have not replied to my any emails till now.I have all those emails as a proof. They also avoid picking the phones and when they luckily when they pick the phone, they commit false and make the excuses of their network server being down. Today on my second last call with Mr. Rihaan , he advised and requested me to write a mail mentioning the below after talking with his senior Mr. Ranvijay. “Becuase yatraholidays is not able to provide booking, I am interested in cancelling.” He told me to give this in written and he assured that he will initiate my refund ASAP. The above email actually is not true, there is no booking confirmation on my latest emails. He told that this is the process they follow to refund the amount. I found it weird but then also i did as he said because I am just interested in getting my refund amount and am no more interested in further options. Once I mailed them on enquiry@yatraholidays.co , i again called the number and talked with Rihaan. He clearly said that I will not receive the refund acknowledgement email today. He had no specific reason for it. I was surprised because earlier today he committed that he

I want my amount of Rs 6000 refunded.
